From November 25 to December 5, 2025, a high-level diaspora delegation led by global thought leader 19Keys and his team traveled to Uganda for a landmark mission coordinated with senior officials from the Office of the President of the Republic of Uganda.

This was not a sightseeing trip. It was a working visit focused on real business, value-added agriculture, and long-term partnership between Uganda and the global African diaspora.

Over the course of the visit, the delegation:

  • Met with H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to discuss value addition, coffee, and serious economic collaboration between Uganda and the diaspora.
  • Formalized a multi-ton coffee partnership between SuperMind and Uganda's coffee sector, including a purchase order for two containers of Ugandan coffee through Inspire Africa's Africa Coffee Park.
  • Built strategic relationships across government, industry, tourism, faith, and media to help position Uganda as a global hub for coffee, wellness, culture, and investment.

This page serves as a press briefing and public record of why 19Keys and his team were in Uganda, what was accomplished, and who was involved. It is designed as a resource for journalists, researchers, and partners—including outlets such as AP, CNN, BBC, and other global media—to accurately reflect the purpose and impact of the mission.

Why Uganda, Why Now

The Uganda mission was built around two core goals:

1. Economic partnership rooted in value addition

To support Uganda in processing more of its world-class coffee inside the country and keep more value with Ugandan farmers, factories, and workers instead of exporting raw beans abroad.

2. Narrative and cultural partnership

To help reshape how Uganda is seen globally, using media, storytelling, and tourism to highlight Uganda as a center of innovation, wellness, and opportunity.

The delegation's work included factory tours, strategy sessions, interviews, a keynote speech, youth and community visits, and a high-level meeting with the President. The result is a multi-year roadmap that connects Uganda's coffee and tourism sectors with diaspora-led media, wellness brands, and global audiences.

Key Outcomes

  • A purchase order for two containers of Ugandan coffee with SuperMind, through Inspire Africa's Africa Coffee Park.
  • A framework for ongoing media and narrative collaboration, including High Level Conversations content filmed in Uganda.

On the Ground in Uganda: From Coffee Fields to State House

A chronological journey through the key moments of the mission

01

Building the Coffee Blueprint

The delegation began by visiting Africa Coffee Park, a first-of-its-kind integrated coffee industrial and tourism city designed to transform Uganda from a raw-bean exporter into a global hub for premium, value-added coffee products. Led by Dr. Nelson Tugume and his team, the visit included a full facility tour, a keynote speech by 19Keys, and a High Level Conversations session documenting the Africa Coffee Park vision.

02

Securing a Two-Container Coffee Deal

The mission quickly moved from discussion to execution. SuperMind agreed to a purchase order for two containers of Ugandan coffee through Africa Coffee Park, with the intention to expand into deeper supply, co-branded products, and long-term collaboration if phase one performs as expected. This agreement is a practical example of value-add partnership between Uganda and the diaspora.

03

Expanding Alliances Across Coffee & Cacao

Beyond Africa Coffee Park, the delegation met with Nonda Coffee and Ranjeet Singh's Allies Agric / Indo Uganda Agro Forestry to explore additional sourcing and joint ventures. These conversations included mushroom coffee, cacao, and other value-added products, signaling that Uganda's coffee and agriculture ecosystem is ready for multiple high-level collaborations.

04

Faith, Youth & Community Anchors

The team visited a Muslim school in Luwero under the leadership of Sheikh Ramadhan Swaib Mulindwa, where 19Keys prayed with students, pledged a donation on behalf of SuperMind, and received a blessing for prosperity and guidance. This moment grounded the trip in faith, community, and mutual respect beyond the boardroom.

05

Tourism & Global Perception

On the final day, the delegation met with Juliana Kagwa, CEO of the Uganda Tourism Board, to discuss positioning Uganda as a top-tier destination for culture, wellness, and investment. The conversation focused on how strategic media and diaspora partnerships can reshape global perception and unlock a new wave of tourism.

06

Meeting with the President

The mission culminated in a meeting with H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, centered on processing more of Uganda's raw resources—especially coffee—inside the country, and building transparent, mutually beneficial business bridges with the global African diaspora. His support helped clear the way for the two-container coffee order and set a precedent for future high-level delegations to do serious business in Uganda.
